Stephen Rose

Board Member

Stephen Rose recently moved to the desert after over 35 years in Los Angeles as an attorney for Walt Disney Pictures, Paramount Studios, followed by over 20 years as an agent in the Entertainment Industry representing writers, producers and directors.

During his years in L.A., he served as a volunteer, docent, and fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, AIDS Project L.A., Project Angel Food and GLADD. Stephen has a strong passion for architecture and preservation – having owned and restored residences designed by some of Southern California’s seminal and most important architects. He recently joined the Board of Directors of the Palm Springs Modern Committee and co-founded Preservation Mirage, a new organization for architectural preservation in Rancho Mirage.

Stephen is honored to be considered to be a Board member of Desert AIDS Project and would serve in honor and memory of the many dear friends he lost in Los Angeles and the desert.
