Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a process whereby psychological problems are explored and addressed through evidence-based treatment interventions and strategies, delivered by a psychotherapist.  At DAP, the psychotherapist will be a licensed psychologist or licensed clinical social worker, and psychotherapy will be time-limited, focused on achieving specific goals, and usually occur once a week for 50 minute sessions for up to 26 weeks.
