If you are injecting drugs, there are things you can do to protect yourself.

If you are injecting drugs, here are some precautions to take:

• Don't share any works
• Mark your own needles and works
• Remember the 3x3 method: Three times bleach, three times water
• Dispose of all used needles at any pharmacy in Riverside County – they have to take them!
• If you see blood, don't use it!
