D.A.P. presents the basics on accessing care and services

Anyone with HIV/AIDS interested in learning more about the spectrum of services offered by Desert AIDS Project is encouraged to attend a Town Hall Meeting about case management and care coordination on Tuesday, January 20 at 6:00 PM in the D.A.P. Community Center, 1695 N. Sunrise Way in Palm Springs.
Presented by the D.A.P. Client Committee, the meeting will be facilitated by Richard See, Director of Case Management at D.A.P. Attendees are encouraged to submit questions and concerns in advance by dropping them in the suggestion boxes at D.A.P. or by emailing them to clientcom@desertaidsproject.org.
Desert AIDS Project is the organization in our community where people living with HIV and AIDS can receive comprehensive support, including medical care, case management, and social services. D.A.P. also offers confidential HIV testing at a number of locations and widespread education and prevention services for schools, civic organizations, businesses, churches, and health organizations throughout the communities it serves.
