There will be Celebrity Entertainers, live music, DJ, band, signers and a whole lot more entertainment throughout the day for a fun filled day in the park. Opening ceremonies will feature Celebrity Comedian and TV  Star Scott Nevins www.scottnevins.com, who will entertain and emcee the festivities, plus a popular DJ will spin tunes and conduct periodic raffle drawings with prizes from sponsoring companies.

Other entertainment includes Julie Garnyé, a Broadway star who most recently appeared in the Disney animated film "Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure"; Stephanie Wall, most recently played "Louise" in the West Coast Ensemble 's production of Gypsy; and authentic Scottish bagpiping by Rob.

Also featured at the Palm Springs AIDS Walk is local band, Endless Maze. They'll be hammering out classic rock tunes during the day's festivities to keep the energy levels high!

Along the route, you'll be listening to the lovely sounds of the Desert Winds Freedom Band, who have been tremendous supporters of the Palm Springs AIDS Walk and Desert AIDS Project for years! Visit their website at www.desertwindsfb.org for more information!

Desert Winds Freedom Band

Attendees will have the chance to win day spa packages, cosmetics, manicures, massages, trips athletic apparel and more. The Health & Wellness Festival will be centrally located in a high traffic area in the middle of the Ruth Hardy Park event site. The Festival hours are 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
