This is a current listing of organizations that provide services nearby or onsite to our clients:

  • MISP (Medically Indigent Support Program)
    An MISP worker holds an office in Desert AIDS Project to provide guidance to low-income clients who may qualify for this assistance program.
     
  • ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program)
    ADAP assists low-income clients access HIV medications. The local ADAP office is located right across from Desert AIDS Project in Palm Springs. 
     
  • Desert Legal Aid
    Any number of legal issues may arise for a person with HIV/AIDS. Some of the most common issues are basic estate planning or debt problems. A legal coordinator is available from Desert Legal Aid is on site to help clients with these and other legal issues.
     
  • UCSD telemedicine
    In a partnership with University of California, San Diego, Desert AIDS Project is able to provide quality specialty care and treatment through telemedicine.
     
  • Walgreens
    An on-site HIV specialty Walgreens pharmacy is open every weekday from 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
     
  • Labcorp
    Located right inside Desert AIDS Project, Labcorp provides routine clinical laboratory collections during normal business hours.
