Update classes for current clients are held twice a day, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. Updates can also be completed individually by contacting Benefits Eligibility Navigators Ronnie Zahn at 760-992-0400, Ext. 459.
Please note: The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the federal agency that provides for Ryan White grant funding. HRSA now requires that all persons receiving Ryan White-funded services be screened for eligibility through an update process every six (6) months. If your services qualify, you will receive notification of your need to update based on the most recent contact information we have on record. Please contact your case manager if you have questions.
